1. 二维材料转移平台系列(Metatest, E1-T/E1-G/E1-M)
①The transfer process was carried out using an accurate transfer system (Metatest, E1-T).
②The fabrication of the mixed-dimensional 2D WSe2–1D CdS NW vdWs heterostructure starts with the transfer of the CdS NW onto a PET substrate with an accurate transfer platform (Metatest, E1-G).
③L-TEM imaging: The exfoliated F5GT flakes were transferred onto a silicon nitride TEM window grid on an accurate transfer platform (Metatest, E1-M) using the dry transfer method.
2.光谱测试仪器(Metatest, MStarter 100)
①The RT micro-Raman spectra of the samples were recorded on a MStarter 100 microRaman spectrometer under 532 nm wavelength laser.
②Photoluminescence spectroscopy was carried out in the Mstarter 100 Microspectral Scanning Test System.
③The time-resolved photoluminescence (TRPL) measurements were conducted with an integrated spectral scanning test system (MStarter 100, Metatest) at ambient condition.

3.紫外-近红外显微吸收测试仪器(Metatest, MStarter ABS)
①The spectral response of heterojunctions from 400 to 1500 was studied by a variable-wavelength photocurrent instrument (MStarter ABS DUV-NIR Microscopic Absorption Spectroscopy System, Nanjing Metatest Optoelectronics Co.,Ltd.)
②Polarization-resolved UV-vis-NIR absorption spectroscopy. The polarized micro-area UV-vis-NIR absorption spectra were collected by a confocal spectrometer in the transmission mode(MStarter ABS, Metatest).
4.光电流扫描测试仪器(Metatest, MStarter 200)
①Single-pixel imaging and scanning photocurrent mapping measurements were conducted by a photocurrent imaging instrument (Mstarter 200 High Precision Photocurrent Scanning Test Microscope) (supplied by Nanjing Metatest Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd.).
②The current-voltage (I-V) characteristics, the response time, and the photocurrent mapping were measured with a Photocurrent Scanning Test Microscope (MStarter 200, Metatest).
5.光电光谱综合扫描测试仪器(Metatest,ScanPro Advance)
①Raman spectroscopy, micro-UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, and SHG spectroscopy were carried out by ScanPro Advance High-resolution & High-speed Multi-physical Scanning Integrated Test System (Metatest,ScanPro Advance).
②The optoelectrical measurement of SnP2Se6 phototransistor was carried out on the Metatest ScanPro Laser Scanning System (ScanPro Advance, Metatest) with a wavelength-adjustable xenon lamp (280–1000 nm) as the light source.
6.光纤耦合光电测试仪器(Metatest, E2)
①The photoelectric response of photodetectors was characterized in the air by Metatest E2 Fiber-coupled photoelectric test probed station in the dark or under illumination with an LED (λ= 850 nm).
②The current-voltage (I-V) characteristics were measured with a photoelectric test system (Metatest, E2).
